so can i replace note pad with dreamweaver? and if so how do i make sure i do my changes locally, so i can change things from the original design. If i change the site alot, it is legal, right? i want to take a short cut but not have an issue with copywrited code...

hey you can do this with avant browser and dont have to change setting to edit it

I have very little knowledge of html or website building and this was so easy to do. Don't worry about any warnings that you may see once you click to alter the 2 files. If you follow the instructions as stated (making sure you verify the path where your Notepad or other software is located) it is a breeze!
