If we didn't have to pay that extra sum of tax, for a system we rarely benefit from, we could pay for private, like in the US, where the survival rates for all sorts of illnesses is always dramatically higher. However, due to all this liberalism and sympathy for the minority, the majority are penalized.

Recent figures suggest that most of the NHS staff are absolutely useless, particularly those nurses, who're we're all supposed to feel sorry for.
Not to mention how the NHS purposely neglects elderly patients so they die quicker, due to government pressures.
