Oui,je suis Français et en effet j'ai du mal a comprendre le Quebecois et lorsque je parle à un Quebecois il a aussi parfois du mal a me comprendre et pas que moi d'ailleur mais le Français en général.Après certe il y a des Quebecois qui "cottoient" des Français que ça soit au Cégep ou dans la vie de tout les jours.La prononciation et la phonétique étant différente je pense que c'est normal.

I believe the French also transferred authority over Quebec and Labrador to the British upon signing the Treaty of Paris in 1763, so it was never an independent sovereign territory anyways and would therefore not be subject to international laws. By the way, where are you going to get an army to annex Labrador?

I love learning French because well it would have made sense for me to move to another place and expect population of people living there to adapt to me, I'm the one who moved so I should learn to speak the language. Since I have been here I'm having trouble understand why the English speakers from other provinces insist of making Quebec more so Montreal be bi-lingual instead of respecting the french heritage.
