  • I like these darts. Difficult to find a good grip with in the beginning but if u do ... o boy ... NIIIICEEE.

  • If you don't hold the dart on a scollop wouldn't it feel horrible?

  • This is the most boring video ever who cares about the casing and 90% tungsten just throw them at the board

  • i heard that the points chip easy and their hard to replace because the points are thicker than usual but apparently their's a new version with normal points but im not sure which is which when it comes to buying a set?

  • Could you show us your stroke Bear? I'm a bit curious as you throw a hard dart.

  • @mgallagher53 - its nowt special mate. If you look at the Cotgrave video youtube.com/watch?v=EZTApb5Dum4 theres a couple of seconds of me throwing at 1.47

  • do the aluminium shafts come with ozone rings :)

  • @BradRoyston13 nope

  • have you ever got a nine darter? if not a 10,11 or 12 darter?

  • @liamglen1 - have have had 3 nine darters but only in practice - never in a match. I have hit 10 darters in competitions and at county.

  • The name winmau comes from the name of the companys founders wife (Winifred maud)

  • thinking of buying 1 of those sets to

  • wish you offered coaching Bear, if you coach as good as you review, you'd make some money :)

  • @Term1874 - lol mate. Coaching darts is an odd one. I could give you advice about basic stuff like lining up to the board and sorting out the arc of your arm etc but grip? Thats entirely a personal thing.... and then of course there's no way of coaching that last little competitive edge...

  • @double16dotcom

yeh its one of the few things that cant really be taught, its practice and natural ability most of the way. I find consistency is my problem, some nights I cant seem to miss, and I can bang in the scores and average 20 - 27 darts per game, other nights its like I've never played and I cant stop hitting 26, 11, 37, 15 etc lol

  • I'm thinking of trying some of these, but it wouldn't hurt them to put some spare flights and shafts in, would it?

Do you know what country these are made in?

  • @hotguy337 - I am not 100% on this but I think these darts are made in England...

  • @double16dotcom Winmau(pronounced "Win more") is an english company, so I can only presume that these are made in the UK somewhere. :)

  • @mysteryloser24 thought it was pronounced win mouw

  • @liamglen1 - it comes from the names 'Winifred Maud' so its pronounced 'Win more'

  • @liamglen1 I guess the pronunciation is really neither here nor there... :) xXx

  • 10/10 review.just wondering, does the gold finish chip?

  • @cianh97 I haven't thrown these an awful lot yet mate so I coudnt really comment with any accuracy. However due to the lack of real grooves on them I would imagine that they would dent on contact rather than chip the coating. The coating on the Winmau stuff seems really tough anyway...

  • 100th video

  • @rt7ify so far:)
