Just innocent person believing their thoughts. Can you absolutely know it's true? How do you feel when you believe that thought? If the thought brings you JOY by all means keep thinking it!
garygb1 - Time deals with that which isn't any more or that which isn't yet and never with what IS. Thus Byron Katie directs people to love that which ISN'T. There's nothing "mighty righteous" about it. There is something mighty righteous in the "belief" that there's a "you" that had an experience & somehow you are more awake than "others". Infinite mind, truth, love, call it what you will, precludes the presence of another presence and not even that, as in reality there's nothing to preclude.
Book would more accurately be titled, "Loving What Isn't" because that's what she seemingly directing people to do. It won't "work" because love is what IS and love can only love what IS, or love because that's all there IS.
