So what can we do? Water is essential to good health. What is the best way to de-fluoridate our water? A good way to clean your teeth is to use Calcium Bentonite Clay. I'd like to hear of other good ways to stay away from this toxic chemical. I've heard staring at the sunrise & sunset can help rebuild the pineal gland (third eye) which fluoride breaks down.
@snowislovely : Bentonite Clay is good for a lot of great things! Thanks for sharing that with the channel as I'm sure not everyone knows that you can clean your teeth with it as well, but it's also a substance that you don't want to take too often as well.
As for the water, not all US municipal water sheds fluoridate their water, so first if you can, ask your local water treatment center for a complete listing of what is in their water. Most have a brochure or print out available when asked.
@snowislovely : Part Two : Also, a lot of people have switched to drinking distilled water as well which is PH balanced and that it's important to drink water that is at least a ph level 7.5-9.5ph - The higher the better! Then with that, you've got to make sure that the container the water that you buy comes in is BPA free as well! So there's lots of things to look out for. Some people I heard have started distilling their own water, which you then have complete control of what's in it, etc.
