Yeah. It is called Piel Canela by Eydie Gorme & Trio Los Panchos. The version I liked the best

@mberry3 Thanks :) I just found out what it was too. I agree that that's the best one. It's got that brilliant "bom bobom bom" backing vocal on the chorus that I couldn't find on any other version. But I think my favourite favourite is still the stripped back version with male lead vocals actually in the film. Though I can't seem to find that recording anywhere, or any version that is similar :( Thanks again though :D
