hey dude if you wanna do capital's on runescape again just put caps lock ON and then type a letter e.g "H" Then "Alt + 0151" Then the next letter repeat after each letter :)

Note: You can't use buttons on top of your keyboard.

If it dont work that way Hold Down the letter and alt + 0151.
