@rrrr9783 its landing gear that is titled forward basically, its when the first couple of wheels in the set are tilted forward like on the Airbus A310, A380, and Tupolev Tu-204, its different than the backward titling types on Airbus A330, A340, and Boeing 747, 757, 777, 787 which is heavier on its rear , however both types insure smoother touchdowns

@McDiezel well, if you try not to be too dorky, you'll press that two-arrowed button that makes the whole desciption visible, and you'll se a bunch of the tags saying things like AMS, Amsterdam, Schicpol and so on. To me it's preeeetty obvious that this is captured at Amsterdam Airport, Schipol (AMS/EHAM). But that's the average person intelligence...

And btw AMAZING video you've got there! Really smooth panning and great sharpness and overall quality! Awesome, man! (sub'd also)

This is beautifully filmed, so congrats. But has anyone noticed that takeoffs and landings filmed from above (i.e. from helicopters) are far more impressive and dramatic. Must be to do with the perspective that the ground gives us in the background. Also we are all used to seeing aircraft movements from ground level, and would never normally see them from above. Plus, some of those KLM winglets appear to be at different angles, don't they? Bit worrying!

Talk about your "heavies", i've never seen so many 777's, in one clip before. Would have loved, if you had been able to capture a couple of, A340's or A380's to add to the mix a bit. Maybe next time, however listening to those 777's "spool up" those EXTREMELY large & powerful engines was awesome in itself....!!! :)

Yeah when did you take this video? Before this official spotters place was closed or after that. I ask you this cause i don't like the Polderbaan for spotting. Too much landing instead of departure from airplanes. And mostly of the time schiphol use the kaagbaan for starting.

Its not that up to date. E6600 @ 2.6 ghz 2GB of ram. 8800gt for a videocard. Sony Vegas handels the AVCHD files very well. When I playback it has 0 stutters. The files are from a sony camera.. :P

But its a joy to edit, I think your PC could do well with the files I have. But with other files like H.264 I think it won't, mine doesn't either.

Nice Video Man great detail, but let me give you a tip, when the aircraft is taking off and it's coming towards you zoom out, and as it's going away from you zoom in. So the order is Zoom in, Zoom out, Zoom in. But as i said Nice Video.

I tend to disagree. I want to get you as close to the action. Something you can't see with your eyes. Zooming out makes it more boring. Thats my opinion but also a way of filming.
