Thanks for the video. I just finished my installation in a 92 Toy 4x4 V6. The video helped. I mounted mine in the same spot and used the same grommet hole. I was able to use the VSS wire from the ECM without issue. Like you I also tapped into the BB vacuum line. I used a spiral wound wire loom that I had instead of the split loom that comes in the kit.
thanx bud, you probably saved me hours of head scratching doing the same thing.

will this work for the v6 3.0?
razydavis2 1 year ago
Not sure. The CC unit is universal, so it probably will. You'll probably need to change a few settings on the unit to get it to work right.

at 8:50 in your video there is something on your steering wheel. What is it? It looks like a remote or something. just curious
1ROBONGO1 3 years ago
You are correct: that is the remote for the radio / CD player.
ghotioutofh2o 3 years ago
Pioneer radio made a remote that will attach to the wheel, is this correct??

Nice one. Doesn't it suck when there's no tutorial? It just makes you want to have to make one yourself...eh? :)

It sucks immensely. Good idea. I think I will make my own tutorial.
Thanks!
