The banks won't let Blacks and Hispanics borrow money for the upkeep of their homes. It's happening in chicago, Detroit, Oakland, Pitsburgh, Atlanta, etc. Detroit is an actual ghost town today.
Looks quite bad but you can see the same thing in Buffalo, Syracuse, Newburgh, Utica, etc..... But this looks quite good compared to much of Detriot & St. Louis.
