Wow, some people are clueless. Gouki is the Japanese name for Akuma. Yes the Combo into the Demon is fake, you cannot combo into the demon (except with the Focus Attack). When you see him drop combos its on purpose. Like in 1:47 that's what you call a "reset" meaning you drop the combo to try to get another combo. In that point the enemy can block but its a little mindgame, cause if he fails to block, its big damage. By the way .. song pl0x?

u kno there's glitch to get his SGS workijng everytime... just set use the focus attack can be used as a medium kick, ppp, throw if used light kick/punch and just press the back arrow from where ur facing and if its a projectile then he'll literally fade right through it to grab the opponent

Kara is useless in SF4. Tried a million times, the block lock just doesn't work here like it worked in SF3. After you execute the demon opponent can just jump away, hit you with EX-move or do a counter ultra.

In SF3 when you do an overhead chop and the cancel it into the demon, opponent was locked in block and couldn't do anything, so the demon was unavoidable. In SF4 there is no such lock.

@RichLV1234 I agree. These set ups won't work in SFIV/SSIV. As soon as your opponent sees Akuma's opening stance for the demon, they can just hold up and away to avoid it. There's only 1 sure way of getting a demon off, and that's by baiting your opponent into an ultra. One way I use is by using Akuma's super, letting the opponent dodge, then teleport behind the opponent with the demon coming out at the end of the port. I've heard of a glitch to demon after an EX shoryuken though. Not confirmed.

1) To conceal inputs of a special move

2) To increase a range of a move/grab

3) (Demon specific) to buffer the demon ultra/super

What kara demon does is to increase the grab range of the demon and to conceal the input.

@Soulspan ...no they aren't They're completely possible to pull off in training mode. Now, given, the focus cancels into super wouldn't work in a match because canceling takes 2 bars. You can cancel into kara-ultra, but they would normally jump out unless they were attacking already. To kara the demon, when you press forward strong punch or low medium, you buffer the two light punches. Check out LordofUltima's videos, he has some good tutorials up for Akuma.

The Overhead? Well you see it KARAS the Raging Demon making its distance a lil longer....which to a noob sounds useless but if u make it look like a overhead they will block and freeze in place but then u raging demon and since u Kara'd it u can probably get close enough to be an instant grab.

the only combo not possible is the one at 1:38 (totaled 5 ex bars) the rest can be done, although some are questionable because of damage scaling.

a note to canceling into red fireball: damage wise, for max damage, cancel from the LP dragon punch, otherwise, if you use HP dragon (after 3 hits) the red fireball does considerably less amount of damage due to scaling... its a waste of ex.

sorry man, but if you take that long to release your ultra (3:25) in front of seth (hardest difficulty) youll receive a massive shoryuken + 3 yoga teleports. Make another video doing this combos in versus mode to make it more interesting
