the older freerunner will have likely had more expiriance than the younger generation. plus the older generation will understand things in a different way, may even understand better, but parkour isnt about what others can do, its about self dissaplin and how much you progress as a person,
1 person can be really good at something, and another person can have just started out. if the new'r person progresses really well in one month but the other dosent, the less experienced has done better

This is more of a lower level of free running, no offense your good and all. It's just that the older free runners do alot of harder stuff than this.
