@soulsuicide no, warlords 4 is a diferent game then WBC. Warlords is a TBS, Warlords battlecry is an RTS.

you can download orginal warlords on torrenty.org (polish web) but you must have BitComet. BitComet can download for free and fast ;)

If you check Infinitive Interactive's website. They are devolping 5 new games. Lets hope one of those games are WBC4 since they wont leave any spoilers.

WBC1 was the best game ever made at its time.

WBC2 was prity good too i liked it. it sucks that no one plays on the internet anymore. i think they could of done a better job with WBC3, but WBC1 was the best. i hope they come out with WBC4 and fast.

It was ugly but it really mystified me and I loved it.

I'm not all that good with technical details and computery stuff, and as much as I'd like to help you, I couldn't give any advice I'd feel confident about giving.

But if I really had to guess, it'd probably be something about the graphics card. Again, note that I'm horrible when it comes to technical stuff, and that the chances of me being wrong are pretty high.

do you know for what operation system the game is for? because if it is just for an old one you can do like this:

1. my computer

2. duble click on the disk you putted it on

3. go to the game folder

4. and there is like an icon that start the game

5.click with the right "thing" and go to prepoties

6. click on Compatibility and

7. my engelish is a bit bad so you got to do it by yourself. but it´s obius what to do there ^^ good luck!

you can use compatibility mode right click and select properties then click the compatibility tab and run as windows 98 or windows 2000

1. Right click battlecry.exe.

2. Click Properties.

3. Click the compatibility tab.

4. Check the Run this in compatibility mode for: box.

5. Select Windows 98 / Windows ME from the dropdown below it.

6. After hitting OK, play it. :)

Unfortunately, however, it seems to crash whenever you finish a skirmish map. The campaign works find, but you cannot advance skirmish heroes past level 1 because the game crashes on victory or defeat.

@chateauxDEbrat I had the same problem....kinda year late xD but for anyone else experience it, I found out on some forums that it has something to do with the new direct X's ...soooo apparently you just go Start > Run > dxdiag... go to the display tab and disable direct draw...this also works for Age of empires (the whole diplomacy crash and history crash)
