  • Good cover, some of the chords wrong though. The opening chord to the song is an Fadd9 with a G on the top, using the same chord you can play the outro picking the individual notes in the chord. Some people may argue with me on this but even George Harrison said in an interview that the chord is an Fadd9 with a G on the top. John plays a normal C chord during the song and George Harrison plays the C chord the way you played it. Anyways thats just a few examples, but you have the basics down.

  • @CoIeStones Yes I totally agree with you, that cover was done quite a while now and I have realized now what I have done wrong. Thanks for the tips anyway! There may be a possibility I may re-do this song because I think I can play it a lot better now. And in addition I am getting a new Hofner Contemporary bass, I will include it in most of my future videos.

    Kind regards

    Jakaroo96 (:

  • @Jakaroo96 If I had a camera I would post videos but I dont, one of the things I find the most common in the songs is that John and George play the same chords but in different locations on the neck. For example on She Loves You they both play Em at the 7th fret and then they both go to the A chord on the 5th fret, but George plays an A7, etc.

  • @CoIeStones Cool, I never really thought about that! How do you know about the positions where John and George played? Are you watching the live concerts because a lot of the time I try to watch their finger positions and stuff but the camera never really focuses on their hands.

  • @Jakaroo96 You should go with te Höfner Ignition/Icon instead and put on som flats on it instead. It has no block in the inside it like Paul's one which the Contemporary has. The Contemporary will give you a more modern sound but lose a bit of that 60-ish sound. Just wanted you to know!

  • @BeatlesFobe Ok, thanks for the information! I didn't know about the block and all that in the contemporary's body, but I have already bought the contemporary online and I am happy with what I have got. I had been already been considering getting and an ignition bass, but I wanted something that was just a little bit better than it! I guess you could say I didn't exactly enjoy the look and feel of it. Anyway, I appreciate your comment and thanks for watching!

  • Fantastic! Wish I could play that well. Keep playing, please!

  • @miqiee Thanks for the nice comment, I think I did alright in this but I think I could do a bit better now! Though I don't understand why I have so many dislikes? I played guitar the best I could at the time. Anyway, don't worry about that, I appreciate your kind words (:

  • According to some videos, the acoustic part should be Dsus4 (John Lennon's part).

  • What type of Casino do you have and how much was it?

  • @rockyjnr10 It's a normal casino about $900, but I'm in Australia!

  • @Jakaroo96 It is the Etlist?????

  • @Jakaroo96 send me a link to the website please

  • @rockyjnr10 What website would you like?

  • Fab. Dig that opening chord.

  • Hey dude ! Accept my friend request.I got some things to tell. Thanks

  • @rasboi Alright

  • @Jakaroo96 People say that the opening chord is a Fadd9

  • @Calvingreen17 Isn't it a G7sus4?

  • @CallSignMusic No. Cause George Harrison verified it was a Faad9 in a interview

  • @Calvingreen17 Yeah you're right. My bad. I saw a video on how it was made, and it's pretty sick! Gotta love that chord!

  • What camera and editing software do you use it is good

  • I think one guitar is enough in this case..

  • Sounds more like the intro to "My Sweet Lord"

  • @Jakaroo96 I didn't mean anything bad! It just has that similar wall of sound feel to it.

  • @toocheaptobuyatripod I guess it could

  • @toocheaptobuyatripod sounds nothing like it lol

  • @SanyThe13 Yeah, thanks, I realized what I have done now. I would like to do a re cover of this song anyway, because I think I could do better!

  • is this the elitist or just a normal casino

  • does anybody know the strumming pattern i cant figure it out

  • @15saral slow the words down in your head and play along with your guitar and speed it up till you get it on time

  • great for the two guitars

  • Wrong chords in Paul's part

  • @albensil Righttttt

  • @albensil ok, is that bad? or are you saying Paul just played it differently...

  • @Jakaroo96 I'm saying that the chords that you make when Paul sings "When i'm home..." are wrong at the end, the real chords are Bm Em Bm G Em C D, so you left out a G somewhere

  • @albensil oh ok, thanks for the tip anyway!

  • @albensil Neither of those are Paul's part. He played bass remember.

  • @MadSpectro7 ¬¬ I'm talking about the part when Paul sings "When i'm home everything seems to be right..." Actually i know that Paul plays the bass

  • how do you get two videos into one

  • @motleycrue82 I use imovie 09 for mac

  • @jhmc12 If thats video editing software, I use imovie 09...

  • Great cover! btw the cord in the beginning G7sus4 lol

  • @thewhitejimihendrix Thanks for that!

  • sounds great, if only you had a 12 string rickenbacker 360 to play the solo, like George, that would be awesome!

  • @KevsPianoAndBass it would be even more awesome if the common man could afford it lol

  • @JacobZaringRulz true

  • Awesome job!!
