  • man, u dont need practice... u young and skinny, thats all. U can do upper X in one week.

  • damn my arm doesnt stay in place behind my head like that. but i can still do the dead arm :) love bonebreakin . that 360 arm twist i can do almost perfectly. it took me a month n a half for this shit lmao

  • if i keep stretching every day like in part one for 2 or 3 weeks will i be able to do da wrist bonebreak

  • @09warriorsfan15 ya u should be able to do it by then

  • @54321ade clicks wen i bring it down sumtimes, but doesnt ache

  • haha thanks bro i got you!! does your shoulder click and ache at weird times?

  • Bringing it down herts SO MUCH after a few months on off and on training any tips for the pain to go away ? how many days and how many times a day do u train?

  • @54321ade practice EVERYDAY. i personally dance at least 4 hours a day, but all u need to do is pop ur shoulder out 20 or more times throughout each day.

  • So then your left shoulder must then be dislocated, even if you dont realize it. Again, a slight dislocation isn't that bad, as I can dislocate the same shoulder [my left] going back, when I twist it to do my front to back maneuver. but a full dislocation, as you said in the video, would render your arm use less without surgery.

  • You know, when you do the Human Jump Rope by twisting your arm, you actually are dislocating your shoulder, whether you realize it or not. It's just not a complete dislocation, which would make your arm immobile. But you are dislocating your shoulder when you twist your arm around. Now the first part of what you're doing is stretching, not dislocating your shoulder. Now when I do my Jump Rope, I can sometimes feel my shoulder moving back into place, but it tingles, but doesn't hurt.

And by the way, your left shoulder [right facing camera], appears to be dislocated or double jointed, as you're nearly bending it a full 90 degrees behind your head, something I, like most people, can't do. So when I do my Jump Rope, when I can, which is occasionally, I usally twist it going back, more than to the side, since I can't stretch my shoulder to that extreme. I can a little bit, just not that much, so I'm able to twist my left shoulder a little more often than I used to.

  • @cjs3872 nope not double jointed lol
