I have another question: The foot pedals, what function do they have? I dont know if theres something broken on my GP-93, but they dont make any sounds, they can only switch between major and minor... Oh I just saw the bass part in the video ;)... how do you activate them?
There are two things that must be done to use the bass pedals: First the bass volume controll must be turned up - it's one of the sliders next to the white and yellow tab switches. And second the automatic bass must be turned off - the little grey button above the drum machine marked "Bass" - because otherwise it takes priority over the pedals.
The GP-93 does not have MIDI. There is another model called GP-93M but I am not sure if the "M" is short for "MIDI". But it is my impression that most of the Hohner GP-93's available on the second hand market is the one without the "M".
I think it is a nice little organ with a moderate selection of useable instrument sounds. One of the things I like very much is that it is easy to move. It is not bigger or heavier than a guitar case. See my other video "Organ demo 1/5" for more sounds.
@organfairy Bit late indeed but only just seen this comment. The GP93M was a revised GP93 and indeed fitted with Midi - but Midi Out only.Hohner organs however were suitable for conversion to Midi which could be done with kits that were available from Bohm organs and a lesser extent from Wersi.

I love that song!!
maybe a weird comment but your video quality is really cool, it looks it is from the 70's:P

That's funny: I have had people complaining about the grainy video quality. I have considered buying a better camera...
But you have a point about the age. The organ is from 1983 so it's close to the 70's.

You should keep the camera it fits the organ:D
