Good question. View my other video will shed some light on that. We have many people who have shot many deer with one head. I recommend replacing the blades. The procedure for replacing blades is a little tedious, but takes just a minute once you figure it out. As with reshooting any head, always spin check the arrow and broadhead before reusing.
i've shot one twice and they held up fine. I would have shot a different one but i had shot my other two as well. On my second shot it did the same damage as the first. it held up fine for me anyway

In this context, fps= frames per second not feet per second.

Those look awesome, that is a huge hole. How rugged are they? Would they hold up to a 2nd shot or more?

dude those r awesome

Yep. The blades expand out to give you a 2 1/2" entry wound, and 2" wound channel all the way through.

do the little blades on the side come out when the tip feels pressure?

the size of that entry hole freaks me out
guitarsolo546 3 years ago
The great part is that if you get a quartering shot, you will often get a 4-5 inch entry hole. No kidding!
HuntBow91 3 years ago
Hitting a target in a quartering away shot with an arrow like that, you can say, "Whoot! Pre-cut slices!"
JashuTheNinja203 3 years ago
what are those being shot into?
guitarsolo546 3 years ago
This is being shot through a piece of rawhide in front of ballistic gel.
