@jmac1334 continued... digitals are far easier to maintain volume and not disturb others you may live with. Also the actions on the top digitals are far easier and sophisticated to play with than your average upright, this is VERY important, as feel and touch are crucial for piano playing and development. There are so many pros and cons though to both I couldnt say everything I need to, to you. I can say as far as my living/lifestyle is concerned, personally, digital is the best option for me.

@jmac1334 I have gone through all sorts of pianos over the years, acoustic and digital. You cant beat a good upright though trust me, for pure sound mean. You have to spend an awful lot though to get a good upright that plays better overall then the best digitals on todays market. Top digital pianos in the 'affordable' range like my Roland HP-307 in this video or the equally amazing Yamaha CLP-380 have richer tones than your average upright in some respects and recording is alot easier.

Excellent work! It sounds just like Scott himself, just yours has better sound quality :). What I would really like to hear you play from Scott D. Davis is "swiftwater" though. I think that's his best piece to date.

is this an actual piano or a weighted keyboard? it looks very small and weighted keyboards these days sound amazingly good. I hate practicing playing when people can hear me so i play in my room on my non-weighted keyboard but hate it cuz i cant make my notes louder or softer :(

@EmbrunFalcon91 This is actually a digital piano. The goal of a digital piano is to emulate the piano feel and sound as much as possible. So yes it has a weighted keys and a volume knob :)
