  • pass time?

  • Hey man! Every sports counts on this Earth!

"The peoples game is the only sport that counts...everything else is just a pass time. "

    ...What a mean??

You must learn to rispect all the sports on Earth! On this Earth only who is arrogant is ridicolous!

    Anyway stop it!

  • No! Absolutly

Super Bowl is the most watched sport event of the Earth! 2° place Olympics games,3° Cricket world cup,4° soccer world cup!

I repeat...that's not my personal opinion! That's statistics!

  • LOL.."Cricket is the most followed sport in the Earth" don't be ridiculous

"Super Bowl is the most watched sport event of the Earth"...now your being just plain dumb

Can you provide the link to these statistics? The last Soccer world cup final was watched by over a billion people the super bowl doesn't even come close.

The peoples game is the only sport that counts...everything else is just a pass time.

  • the only reason that statement could be true is because its not a soccer world cup its the fifa wolrd cup and the fifa world cup is the most watched event in the world maybe not last year... but dont be stupid there wasnt a world cup last year each year there is a world cup it has more viewers then any other sporting event in any other year

  • You couldn't name a baseball or football player because probably you're only a soccer fan and you know others sports! :-)

Anyway Cricket is the most followed sport in the Earth! That's not my opinion but it's a statistic!

  • In USA the real sports are Baseball,Football, basketball and Hockey!

    Soccer don't exist!

  • In the rest of the world baseball, gridiron football and hockey don't exist

  • i absolutly disgree!

  • Doesn't matter, it's true.

Soccer is known as the peoples game and is played on every continent of the world by people from every background. There's no US sport that can come even close; the world cup final is watched by 80% of the planet, your super bowl or world series don't even come close to matching those figures.

I personally couldn't name one American footballer or baseball player

  • you're right. i live in ireland and the only baseball player i've ever heard of is babe ruth. where as i could name football (soccer) players all day long. as for american football, i do watch the superbowl for a bit until i fall asleep.

btw lovejoy, come back to soccer am

  • Sheephead stayed loyal 2 lovejoy!

    Good on ya

  • 18 million f*ckers,were coming!

  • Ya 18 million people do play in the US, but they don't tell you that they are all children. There are very few adults who play soccer and even fewer who actually watch soccer, unless of course they are latino. aka very little market

  • Kids grow up,and now they have a league to play in. By the time they are a little older the salaries will be alot better.

And latinos are American so whats your point?

  • Ya kids grow up and lose interest in soccer very quickly, just like the last generation, every one of my friends played growing up, now they don't play or care, prefering baseball or football. In the US soccer is viewed as a children's sport. Not many adults play or even watch soccer. It is growing slightly but still not as fast at the population is growing.

  • And of course latinos in america are american, the reason why I mentioned them in my previous post, but they are still a very small percentage of the population.

  • ...........if Becks looked liked Tevez, does anyone think he would have got as far as he did? No, thought so! Mind you Tevez could pull victoria tightface cos she is a minger too!!

  • PS: lol @ Arnie in the audience :)

  • lovejoy is an idiot.

  • wheres 5 whats 5 what city??

  • Have A look at Davis Beckhams face on Justin Hoathers stag Night some resemblence at the rear!!!! if you get what i mean

  • Amazing isnt it, one player and suddenly we are all over MLS.

  • who cares about beckham he is shit! if he was any good he would have gone to a better team not to some shitty team because his ugly bird wants some tv fame

  • anything u say against Beckham will come back to u. who God has blessed no man can cos...Beware!!!

  • hahahah god can bless who he wants to its not gonan stop beckham from being a poser and being shite and his wife being an attention seeking ugly twat

  • ur just saying that cuz ur a liverpool fan

  • you dont need to be a Liverpool fan to see that Beckham is totally overated. If mr Beckham had'nt had scored his goal from the half way line agaisnt Wimbledon (over ten years ago) an had a string of fasinable hair cut's we wouldnt be watching this video right now. He is the anna kournikova of football, better at selling shirts than playing in em !!!

  • how is david beckham shit! behave we all know beckham is a decent player and actually a decent bloke

  • 3rd division football

  • Why did Lovejoy leave SoccerAM for this garbage

  • why are they calling it soccer on english television?

  • Sheephead does the voiceovers.

  • ESPN has for the last few years (not sure about this year) interviewed the managers for each team while the game is being played (during the run of play). Obviously, some managers are more talkative than others.

  • its not LA playing it's fucking Fire vs Dynamo...

interviewing during the game? NO DICE

  • Yah lol its Canadian manager Frank Yallop, he is manager of the LA Galaxy

    Fire and Dynamo were playing

  • I haven't seen interviews on telefutura yet.

  • its not like its the manager of one of the teams playing...

  • Interviewing the manager while the game is going on is a bad thing, MLS. (shakes head)

  • I did not finish watching but the clip I saw was a coach of a team not in that game

  • Frank Yallop is the manager for the LA Galaxy. The match being played during the phone interview is between the Houston Dynamo and Chicago Fire. Nothing special if you have ever watched a televised american sporting event.
