gonna be a big dog, i have a maremma sheepdog and they generally start showing guarding instincts at 3 months, i dunno much about malamutes so i dunno how it will affect the dog, socializing is the key with this dog though, would be a pretty amazing dog grown up though, how heavy do you reckon he will get

Alaskan Malamutes have almost no guardian instincts because they are very friendly (yet mischievous) dogs. Definitely not a dog to get if you're looking for a guardian dog, but then again 90% of the people are convinced Alaskan Malamutes / Siberian Huskies are guardian dogs because they look like wolves so robbers will most likely run out lol! Very cute mix. =]
