I lived in Tampa in the '80s and early '90s and it was once a fun and pretty cheap place to live. Now, it's overpriced and even more congested. I don't care for it, although I do miss it in January.
I love Tampa although I only been there once. Tampa is a city of its own. Idk the atmosphere is different in some ways it reminds me of Santa Monica, CA but better. I'm trying to leave California , Tampa is def. one of my choices.
tampa seems like such a nice place and i want all the advice i can get since you live there can you tell me alot about it? just message me or something, i think i'd want to visit there this year and eventually move there
I lived in Tampa for 22 years. It's too bad the place is falling apart because the local government can't keep up with the infrastructure.
When Salina's closed in Hyde Park it was an end to a great era.
Now all they have is overpriced housing and low paying jobs, but I do miss the Italian and Spanish friends we had, and the food.

I lived there from 1989 to 2001 I moved away ,and am very happy, but I still love that city.

tampa bay area = best city in the world. we have everything in florida combined. name 1 thing cali has that we dont.
