  • All of you trying to get huge calves, quads and hamstrings. It's doing squats, calf raises and hamstring curls PROPERLY at your safe maximum weight 3-5 reps per set 3 sets each exercise. Alternating exercises after each set. No more than 30 seconds to 1 minute rest between sets. Do these exercises no more than 3 times a week. And eat PROPER HEALTHY food. You'll see results quickly.

  • @stumpy95 add some glute ham raises, deadlifts and stiff leg deadlifts; ham curls aren't enough to compliment the heavy sqauts, end up blowin a ham on the field.

  • On paper, maurice jones drew probably qualifies as being morbidly obese. in real life, well, watch the video.

    Actually, some of the best corner backs in history are short. Two examples, Eric Allen, and Hall of Famer Darrell Green: 5'7 and 5'8.

  • wats the most effective drill to increase ur speed at of all of these

  • sled pulls are really good, I wouldn't go that far and say it is THE most effective, cuz it depends on your weaknesses, but it helps you to push the ground behind you, which is a part of running technique a lot of people are weak in.

  • keep in mind MJD was already super fast before this training

  • every drill where you move your feet quickly is explosive training .... high knees on the fence is really good. The sled pulls are better force strength

    best drill is probably the sled pull. but what really helps are parallel squats, and calf raises

    i'm short myself (5"7') and i can say that its not like that at all

    yeah if you had two guys weighing 210lbs with one being 6"5' and one being 5"5' we know that the 5"5' guys is going to look bigger

    but you forget that it takes whole lot more work to get that kind of mass.

    if mojo jr. was 6"6' he would be like brandon jacobs and weigh 275lbs

    but what i meant is that his legs look that big because he is short,,, for example, if he was 6' 6'' his legs wouldnt look like that even though he was 275 lbs

    thats why many important bodybuilders are short, like branch warren or dexter jackson, is somehow an advantage, because of their body shape

  • i dont know about that. so are you saying that if you measured his legs that they wouldnt actually be that thick, that its more of an illusion

    i think its more his body type. his arms are short too but they dont look nearly as big as his calves/thighs

    i think its just the result of alot of squatting
