I am so happy I found your blogs today. I love learning new things. For the past couple of months I have been check out RAW cookbooks out of the library and they are really limited. Now that I found your recommendations I have more courage to buy them for my own library.
I have been checking out your recipes and I have a feeling you are not going to lie about the taste.
So, what do you think of Ani Phyo's cookbook? Any favorites in there?
I have not read Ani Phyo's books YET but she is on my list of books to get. I have tried her Donut Holes (video is on youtube)and they are fantastic!!!
I love my slicer but after I got it I found a website that had one that had all kinds of cool gadgits to do other things too for a little bit more. OH WELL!! But I still love the one I have for doing what I do with it. I might find more things to use it for later who knows. I do think it helps with the texture of the zucchini to make it more like noodles.
you made this video a while back, are you still raw and looking for sprouting for health book not able to find, can you share where you purchased?

I use a potato peeler for the spaghetti but have been thinking of getting a spiral slicer. How do you like the slicer?

At first I just cut it in strips with a knife. Then I got a spiral slicer from Alissa Cohen's website.
