Your gonna want to take in more carbs then protein like 1.6 to 1.8 grams of protein per pound of body weight then 2 grams of carbs per pound and about 25 calories per pound of body weight and don't worry about gaining fat its a necessary evil and in order to gain muscle your going to gain some fat this will happen unless you are on steroids so just eat healthy and do some cardio like 30 min every day to keep it at a minimum and then when your at a weight desired you cut the fat
