No it's not an NSX-R. It is a regular NSX with a Comptech Supercharger and NSX-R "cloned" rear wing. The NSX Type R was never exported out of Japan (with the exception of 2 that went to the UK). It is impossible for us in the USA to import a Type R, believe me, it has been tried. As well, those are OEM tan leather seats (I should know I have a 2000 NSX with the tan interior). The NSX-R had special Recaro built Carbon/Kevlar seats. So no it's NOT a NSX-R.
