Los tiempos de ejecucion en todas las versiones que he escuchado de este Requiem , son diferentes e incluso algunos directores funden el Introito y Kirie con el Ofertorio.

Yet my preferred version, the Herreweghe's one (of the intimist version of 1893, subtlest than the symphonic one of 1900, the most played around the world), respect that (but not always !) in order to be very authentic. Herreweghe has recorded the two versions for the label Harmonia Mundi, if that interests you.
Who ever had the digital camera going (a Sony cybershot by the sound) needs to be slapped. Turn the damn sounds OFF if you're going to shoot a concert. If YOU can hear the sound, then EVERYONE in the hall can hear it too.
I listened to astrolabium , 4th of July in Rome, and again :-( there was this photographer clicking every few seconds.... why can't they understand that they are disturbing everybody ?!!??! can't they use a camera that can be silenced ??

Very nice! I love Fauré and happy you guys used the suggested speed. Faster versions lose much of the magic for me.

I think the suggested speed is too slow but many choirs use that speed :-(

No, it's normal : it's the traditional french latine pronunciation.
Very pretty interpretation (although some could find it quite slow), in the same spirit as the Philippe Herreweghe's musical direction.
