what hurts the most in listening to this song.

me and my girl just broke up over the phone because i am going into the army in march

and she hates me for that, i told her i'll be back for her, but she just started crying and ran out my house. lord knows how much im gonna miss her while im gone. if i dont come back alive, then i just want her to know i never wanted to be with anybody but her and to please at least go to my funeral.
