Look, I LOVE Les Mills. I'm a Combat insructor as well as a Flow, but I just don't get this video. It doesn't really look like much thought went into it. I don't know, it just seems a bit weak.

yep its weak because its supposed to look like it was shot by 2 friends for their mate Kim. It puts out a positive message none the less and is just tryin to put a good vibe out there. Its not showy and doesnt try hard, its simple and fun just as its intended to be!
