Wow, 60-100k an hour for best training method. To me, that's pretty slow, though I guess there's plenty of stuff that's a lot less.

Makes me feel a little better about training agility and smithing. Gold bars and gold-smithing gauntlets to 99 if I don't go insane first, lol.

@BjornProd The Wildy update requires you to now speak with Hartwin in the Varrock palace, he will take you to the zombies in the "Safe" wilderness. updated the video as well with an annotation at the start.

what would be better here, a d skim/defender or a sara sword(for str)?

@chman99 well they each have the same attack speed, defender combo gives you higher attack, ss gives better strength and lower defense, and the ss only gives enough str bonus to make you be able to hit around 15 lp higher.... so im my opinion ss is not worth the extra 15 lp of damage in that comparison

If i am training defence will the 15% str bonus work when im using the salve amulet and training defence?

You can boost all the skills on the quest list to finish the quest.

Agility: Summer pie (+5)/agility potion (2-3)

Hunter: Hunter potion (3)/Mud Bath(8)

Smithing: Spicy Stew (-6 to 6)

Mining:Dwarven Stout (1)/Mature Dwarven Stout (2)

Nice guide! You don't have to finish the quest. But if you don't finish te quest, you will have a guy named Hartwin I think following you. I just ignore him lol.

Adding turmoil and beserker ring (i) would be great benefits also and using extreme pots or overloads if you had them. Thats what i do and i hit high 400s and occasionally 500s
