@Theshark15z Yeah I think John's raw emotionality combined with the lo-fi recording just made all his material seem really raw and honest in a compelling way. I think the stream of consciousness composition helped in this regard too.

First two solo albums are far and away the best I think.

and yeah: it is probably the most epic chord and quite an odd chord on the guitar so remember that one.
