  • As much as I know about railroads, I don't know much about slabs. Is the cargo steel ingots between different stages of processing? Are all the cars loaded to maximum capacity? What is the purpose of the empty car on the tail end? No speculation please. Only answer if you know the facts, and if you know the facts, please answer!

  • Interesting, never seen slabs carried on cars like that. Mostly on flats or gondolas through here.
