its a great vid a looks great but i have to agree with @mishaloka i think to call it a terrine it has to be prepared in a square/rectangle dish with a tight fitting lid... or like a bread loaf dish that with a home made lid with weights on it... then left over night and cooked the next day... i would actually just call this rolled stuffed smoked salmon... not a terrine.. but it is gud for my home country to be doing something like this... if only regalsalmon got it right...

Decent Terrine,  he could of used some more original ingredients.. Don't understand why he tried to hide it under the salad..
