hey hey! Have you tried - fast abs magic (do a google search)? Ive heard some unbelivable things about it and my mate got amazing Six pack abs and lost lots of weight with it.
The music that starts at 0:24 reminds me of high school shootings. I NEED the official Women at Large soundtrack. I wonder if the "composer" is even still alive...
