The Bayonet is alright, but it's kinda pointless. The Trenchgun can hold it's own at close range with it's buckshot ammo anyway. But at least you don't reveal on map, make less noise and humiliate your foe.

Personally I'd take the Grip, cause it reduces the spread of your pellets, concentrating them in more and thus making it a lot more powerful...

a few reasons why it isnt useless on a shotgun

1 hitmarker at close range happens sometimes so stab him

2 out of ammo and no gun near you what do you have a long range knife........

3 its realistic

Not useless If you miss your shot up close you can knife right after the shoting the gun meaning you dont need to recock the gun for another shot and just stabing the guy. 5/5 on this Try using the trench guns bayonet when you need to use it.

I use it a lot, trench gun has low fire rate unless you use double tap so if you miss or the guy has jugg you can move in for a bayonet kill. Works for me and I usually get a 2.0 kdr with it

i love trench with bayonet its soo useful if u miss a shot and u dont have time to pump, plus its fun humiliating ppl with bayonets i always get dogs thnx to bayonet so i recomend it 100% unless u like the grip too much
