  • seriously, both

  • whats better this or corsair?

  • both are evenly good its all in the price which ones cheaper.

  • The Titaniums and 2GB of the Platinum are in my main system. I have 2GB Platinum waiting for me to build another, and the SLI revison run in wifey's cpu. All very fast, stable, and low on heat!

    (my system)

    ASUS M3A79-T Deluxe 790FX chipset

    Phenom X4 9950 Black (oc 3.2)

    4GB OCZ Titanium/2GB OCZ Platinum

    2 X HIS 4650 ICEQ4 TurboX (O.C. Edition)

    Ultra X3 1000W Modular PSU

  • Ive become a big fan of the OCZ Ram. They run at much higher voltages, and are very overclockable.

    I have: 4x1GB Platinum Revision 800 2x2GB Titanium Revision 800 2x2GB SLI Revision 800 2x2GB Reaper HPC 1066

Had to return the Reapers because of the massive heat pipes, make sure you have room when looking at these. I replaced those with the Titanium revisons and OC'd to 1066 without any effort at all.

Set the Voltage specified on the chips. 2.1-2.2 I run 2.2 at 1066 OC.
