lol, rather interesting as jona lewie actually wrote this song whilst stoned off his head and subsequently added the music and christmas lyrics into it so he could claim royalties for 20 years if it did wel........ think he suceeded!!! :)

I don't think it is definitely in WWII. It says 'while the Tsar and Jim have tea', which is more WWI. Also Mary lives in the nuclear fall out zone - which was basically at the end or the WWII. I think it is about all wars and that the trench warfare is not inappropriate.

How long did it take to make the animation?

it only took me two days, you can tell by the rubbishness of it, but im making much better ones now, thanks for the comment by the way, I think your right.

you've set it in the wrong war, the trenches and going over the top was in WW1 but this song is about WW2, just thought i would tell you. but otherwise good job. we have also done a few lego animations so please take a look.
