Seems like she wanted to go impress people (her family?) with a magic trick. She shows a couple and fails (drops the card by accident at 0:39) and everyone shows looks of disappointment and Wendy feels ashamed of her failure. She sees the stares of each and every person and each of them slowly disappears one by one. All of the different emotions she shows is how torn up a person can feel during a time of judgement like this. The last person is the most important person, and now she's alone.
