Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann is the name of the anime (The dub title is shortened to Gurren Lagann).

Yes, it is dubbed, and (IMO) is dubbed VERY WELL, with Yuri Lowenthal as Simon and Kyle Hebert as Kamina, as well as an excellent voice cast for the rest of the characters. It is on Tuesday nights (Wed mornings) on SyFy 12 -1 AM, and I believe that the whole series is available on Youtube.
