  • I'm having a problem determining how to compensate individuals on an executive team consisting of people with titles from CEO to Regional Manager for the collective efforts or achievements of the team universally. Obviously the shareholders will be compensated via their ownership interest.

  • I am reading the book, and in general terms it is very edifying. So far, I particularly agree with the concept that "commitment is not consensus ..." ... any other thoughts on that? Hugs!
