If you place a crease in the very front when you place the shell to start the crimp it helps makes better crimps. it's not full proof but helps when I do it. I couldn't tell if you was doing that

Those crappy hulls don't load too well. Remington hulls are better...even the cheap ones. If you forget to turn the hull with one of the inward folds in the front center at the crimp starter station you will get bad crimps with any hull.
@sdt11670 I have had okay results from these hulls, as most of them have been in storage for over 2 years. The only issues that have arrived were ugly, but functional, crimps and some shells wouldn't resize well. I will look into different recipes, but as of now, these are some shooters.

@mdr8088 No, I just put the hulls in the loader, as is. Just loaded about 45 rounds a few minutes ago. Lead is always the first to go.
