I guess this machine was very expensive, its a pity that it works with electricity. But very I'm very impressed of this machine at all!

you should look up a machine called turbonique !
the turbonique had a 5 " turbine blade and ran on a exotic fuel, (gas will work, propane ect) anyway the tiny engine put out 1000 shaft h.p. ! how `bout that. they have sold plans forever, many used to run in big dragsters.

I shot this running outdoors on a cold day when the air temp was around 32 degrees. The steam does not disapate quickly under these conditions.

I got it from Jensen Steam Engines. They have been making miniature working steam engines since 1932.
The sound that thing produces makes me cringe.
