I'm surprised some people are saying he's so hard to understand. I don't think it's Gackt's accent/pronounciation that is difficult to hear. It's the echo/quality of the vid that makes it hard to hear what he's saying.

@IndoJaps I've heard him speak English before and it was really good. I think he might be a lil nervous in front of a crowd that weren't his fellow Japanese. But at least he didn't have to depend on a translator, proving that he's godlier than other Jpop artists out there <3
