Yes it will last longer if you use less volume and also less equipment. I also tested the usage of using power inverter dc to ac it gave me one more hour. Hope it works out I just bought anther L1 bose compact. And power pack. So it's going to a interesting summer on the beach.

did it last for 6 hours connected to all your extra equipment ? You think it'll last longer just connected to a iPod and the Duracell 600? That'll be what I'm using, I need it to work for 6 hours
