@xxBLKChEvY07xx You guys wanting a kit without motor should check out the new HPI #107173. No motor and it comes with a slipper clutch. It just released this week and is available at the typical retailers including DDM. Also, any update on your settings via the Castle link would be appreciated. I'll start building mine next week and would like a good starting point.

That Shit is insane! Did u buy the sc...and then the brushless kit? I would just love to buy a roller and then the kit..but thats hard to come by..

@xxBLKChEvY07xx I bought the rtr version and ran it with the gas motor for a while then bought the castle conversion kit The bja 5sc ss wasnt out at the time,the brushless conversion kit came with motor,esc,and conversion motor mount and fan etc. DDM sells the baja 5sc ss version without the gas motor and you save a bit on that if your looking to go brushless on a baja from the start.

@focaatdisney Just have to slowly give it throttle and you need a lot of room to hit top speed. I might get a slipper clutch for it and that will make it easier to keep the front end on the ground when accelerating quickly.

@dropdeadcoby It has more top speed than the stock 26cc,and can accelerate a lot harder with much more precise throttle feel. Not sure but i might be able to run against a stock baja soon for comparison,i'll post some video if i do.
