In that case try using some online text translation tools. Search for one using Google, and then choose the required conversion manner (Polish to English for your case here). There are lots of conversion methods available, say Spanish to Russian or vice versa, even Korean to Thai and vice versa! Paste the text to be converted and get the translated text. Then state your answer probably direct in English without converting it back. If you should think this is tedious just remove this thread.

It IS Polish. I can recognize the spelling characteristics. And the sender's own videos mention the place Warsaw being the capital of Poland.
