Sorry, but I can't get this program to work on my rooted galaxy s2. The ad free program had some updates after you putted this vid on tube, there are some more ticks that you can set in the program. Does somebody know what thick I've to enable to get this updated program to work on my s2?
@aqu0a Cheers for that, I won't bother i don't think, I never use IM on my phone or Swype or Auto-Brightness....not really worth it for me haha :D. I can't wait for Ice Cream Sandwich later this year though, that'll be a real update ;)
@aqu0a Yeah just re-root, btw are there any decent/noticable/important in any way changes in the new firmware, I can't be bothered to go and read about it myself :P?
@aqu0a No your apps will be fine, the only app you'll lose is "SuperUser" which is installed during the rooting process and will be automatically reinstalled when you re-root. The other root apps obviously won't work propely until you re-root but they will still be installed (SetCPU, AdFree, Easy Freezy etc....).
@aqu0a Yeah, if it's an official Samsung updated firmware you'll need to re-root after you've updated, although I haven't personally looked into this new firmware I assume it will still root fine. My phone came with XWKDD and rooted ok then I updated to XWKE1 and it still rooted fine using the same method :)

lol its just about fixing small errors in the original firmware...
like the auto brightness, swype keyboard response, and other small errors here and there XD
like for some ppl the IM app doesnt work apparently..
but other than that, its really nothing major i think
its pretty good as it is ^^

but there's a new firmware out for gs2 just today
so i was wondering if i update my phone to the newest firmware, will the phone stay rooted?
or do i have to root it again after uprading it to the newest firmware
