@AnonHateMachine because that tour guide is not even a filipino his a pure blooded chinese... he doesn't even know how to cook adobo for god sake!... the basic adobo is made from soy sauce, vinegar and garlic and you can put any kinds of meat and fish in there..
@manutdr8 yea so do most taiwanese and chinese people but i motivate my self to finish it cuz of its super food properties its also a staple of okinawa japan when it was still culturaly bound to china. Their consumption of the gourd contributes to their high rate of ppl living over 100
@manutdr8 actaully the trick is to blanch it in soy sauce and creat a stew pork and beef. basicly the flavor will have to compete agianst pork and soy sauce that should do it be sure to eat it with lots of bread or rice since it gonna be salty. and alot of the nutrients will also end up in the soy sauce run off
