I've been weight training for about a year now, i've bulked from 140-185 while maintaining ~10-11% body fat and I can only max flat bench 295 with full ROM and good form.
I've never tried to max out my squats and deadlifts because I was in a car accident and afraid i'll throw out my back. So I don't chance it.

Lifts like squats and deadlifts are very easy to climb up in weight especially when starting out and learning the proper form. but congrats on the intelligence to lift intelligently ha back problems are the worst.

this is not a bench press. Many bench pressers do this called "board presses" that are similar to do "rack lockouts" to improbe strength, they do supramaximal strength, that is, 150% o more weight that you can do normally, to develop confidence and make the body ready.
ur 14 u shoulnd train very hard cauze it make stopping grow, so if ur 6,2 foot w8t till 16 or meabe 17 go see doctor he will tell u at 16-17 if u will get more height or not
im 5'10, i bench 220. 15 years old. my friends 5'11. he benches 230. yes half a year younger than me. weve both been lifting pretty consitently since we were 13. i havent had any " stunts ". i do everything as high as i can go. squat, dead lift, bench, incline decline and flat, dumbell stuff. leg press, skull crushers, pretty much everything. and so far.. i havent foudn that its slowing down my growing any..
the biggest thing that will "stunt your growth" is squats and deadlifts, but that is only if you do so much that your tendons rip, you know. But know as long as oyu don;t over do it it's not going to hurt you, and don't do too much protein.

I really have to say that this rather thick gentleman may be working his sticking point but I have to say there may be some ego involved as well. Clearly that weight looks too heavy for him and his form is lacking. He really doesn't have the control he would need to execute a good life. He is strong don't get me wrong but he should try to lower the weight slightly.

Usually these people don't understand what true weight lifting is and the fact this gentleman is trying to better himself. It isn't doing what you can that makes you stronger, its lifting and getting accustomed to a weight that is beyond your borders. He isn't there yet but he sure will be. I have lifting heavy since I was a kid and can say I wouldn't be where I am today without a little risk.

I have worked my way into negatives that are in the high 500's and I have worked up to a static hold of 700 pounds and I felt my shoulders were being pushed right out of the socket when I did the 700. The only way to get stronger is to push yourself into uncharted territories. If you max 300, you can't plan to max 350 if you're always training like a 300 bencher.

you will naturally gain muscle as your lifting which will make you gain weight but if you study what you should be eating while working out it is possible to stay skinny

I really have to say that this rather thick gentleman may be working his sticking point but I have to say there may be some ego involved as well. Clearly that weight looks too heavy for him and his form is lacking. He really doesn't have the control he would need to execute a good life. He is strong don't get me wrong but he should try to lower the weight slightly.

Thanks a lot man for saying that. People don;t udnerstand that using a 3-board is a trainign lift and he obviously wouldn't be doing it in a competition. With that being said, you can clearly see at the end where they have to pull the bar off of him.

Usually these people don't understand what true weight lifting is and the fact this gentleman is trying to better himself. It isn't doing what you can that makes you stronger, its lifting and getting accustomed to a weight that is beyond your borders. He isn't there yet but he sure will be. I have lifting heavy since I was a kid and can say I wouldn't be where I am today without a little risk.

I agree with you completely. I have worked my way into negatives that are in the high 500's and I have worked up to a static hold of 700 pounds and I felt my shoulders were being pushed right out of the socket when I did the 700. The only way to get stronger is to push yourself into uncharted territories. If you max 300, you can't plan to max 350 if you're always training like a 300 bencher.
