So just how effective is this thing against ballistic missiles? For instance, is it capable of destroying a Russian ICBM over Russian territory from over the US' territory?
Using Sun light and Gigantic Lens on Space, we can burn anything underneath it, no need for High Voltage or Lightning to power the LASER Gun. We can use it to melt frozen lake or icy mountains of MARS to have liquid water to start new living things to survive.
The whole point of this concept is to target missiles as they are just launching.
It is impossible to target a warhead during re-entry to the earth atmosphere as they are moving at super sonic speeds, add in the fact that each missile generally lauches around 5 warheads at a time (At least one real, rest are duds) hitting even the correct one in time makes the task even harder.

Can Small electro-magnetized missiles levitate on a Jet's wing.Wing does not touch missile at all,only magnet levitation.Small missiles will obtain there own laser energized magnetism,because of solar cells that are around the missiles,they can become energized, photo-voltaic cells and can make magnet levitation,see when laser light shines(not sun light)on the missile's solar cells.This allows so creates levitation fields.Could be hard to balance the missile levitate properties,in high g-forces.
Big Crow is equipped with a variety of instrumentation to detect and record the test parameters, like detecting the emitted laser to make sure the laser turret targets correctly.
all I want is a jumbo jet with a frigin laser on its head. is that so hard realy...lol

That's so pathetic!
What if the missile is covered with a thick reflective layer! And can it shoot down warheads on re-entry?
rationalway 2 years ago
It's designed only to shoot them during the missiles boost phase.
Judgement1337 2 years ago
That way you have to be close to the enemy's territory. And I said 'what if it's covered with a reflective mirror like layer'.
rationalway 2 years ago
amongst other battlefield scenarios.

America owns the skies X10. STS-124, B-2, F-22, F35. Hell, we landed on the moon 39 years ago. You gotta love it!

@Minuteman091112
Right on. So much for the supposedly "game changing" Chinese anti-ship missile.

@Minuteman091112 Bring a F35 down on 400m and I'll bring an AK-47, then we'll see who owns the skies mate. : )

the big crow must have VERY specific instruments and sensors I assume.
UNSOF 3 years ago
yes it does...just behind the entry door about 1/3 the way down the painted on missile. it's oval in shape with sensors.
